I think an added benefit to Vital Proteins over Whey is the fact that you are removing a serving of dairy from your diet. Dairy has a bad rep for being the culprit for an onslaught of issues. Damn you dairy, why are you so tasty.
My skin was the second area I noticed improvement. My dry skin issues subsided even though I still have a random bouts of it. I also noticed more of a natural glow and that my face shape was beginning to look a little less tired.
If I haven’t sold you already, I have several friends who can vouch that they too enjoy this product. I pester my mom quite regularly to start taking it, and I have finally been able to convince Victor to make the switch as well. He’s only a few months in.
