“Milk is for babies. When you grow up you have to drink beer.” – Arnold Schwarzenegger
Victor said I had to include that quote. Further fueling his Arnold obsession.
I know I have talked about my love of jumpsuits, but man do I love me a good set also. I think I talked about it in this post also?
Remember how I mentioned Township in yesterday’s post? Victor and I made a pit stop here over the weekend. Township boasts, “for the table, by the people.” Direct from their website: with beers served in steins and unique twists on urban street fare, just walk up and order “for the table” and grab a seat “by the people”– some you may not even know.
Apparently Township is making it’s way down south to Fort Lauderdale right of Andrews Ave!!!!! Nothing like visiting our family back home and having a little piece of Tallahassee with us.
Living in Tallahassee has certainly kept me on top of my game. These college ladies are on their A game 24/7. Seriously. Their sense of style is outrageous as well.
I know that trends change over the years, but man, am I glad I went to college when I did.
I guess that could be a good thing and a bad thing. It’s a good thing because both the men and women are constantly putting their best foot forward at all times. This comes in handy later on in life in the work force.
It’s a disheartening because are the expectations so high you can’t leave your apartment “bumming” it out. Full face of makeup, hair done, cute outfit, etc. I’m serious when I say I don’t go near campus without looking presentable.
I give major kudos to the younger generation of today. While older generations will say they have a sense of entitlement, I think they may have a truer sense of self at a younger age. They seem to be finding their niches earlier on then those of yesteryear.
I guess we will find out in a few short years when they enter their adult lives. For now, I’ll sit back and enjoy the people watching.
