Biolage R.A.W. Color Care Review

March 6, 2018

I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes

Disclaimer — I am a first time Biolage user.

Their new Color Care line promises to nourish and protect to help maintain depth, tone and shine of color-treated hair.

Don’t let the color of the packaging fool you, they are not purple in tint. What you get is actually an untainted product. Weird I know. I thought, “WAHOOOOO!! A moisturizing purple shampoo AND a purple tinted heat protectant!!!” Oxymoron. I should have known better.

You  will receive a wonderful product that smells fantastic and leaves your hair moisturized without weighing it down. All three of these products work so well together.

The shampoo gets you hair squeaky clean without feeling stripped. You know that feeling when you’re in the shower and you just know your hair is too clean? Yeah doesn’t happen with this bad boy.

The conditioner is nice and lightweight. Because the shampoo has moisturizing properties, they don’t go overboard with the conditioner being too thick. I will say I do prefer something slightly more moisturizing but my hair is super dry.

My favorite might be the leave-in. I love any and all heat protectants. One that preserves your color and maintains it is an ultimate winner in my book.

I could see myself purchasing the shampoo and the heat protectant. I do like the conditioner but I do have others that I like that much more.

What is convenient about the timing of receiving this box from Influenster is that I was currently in the market for a shampoo and conditioner that would maintain my color all while providing moisture and shine. The weekly purple shampoo wash has proven to be too drying and harsh on my hair as of lately. I have my new handy dandy Biolage products! I actually do two washes with Biolage, one wash with my purple products.

Are you interested in trying the Biolage R.A.W. Color Care line? Do you own any other Biolage products? What are your favorite hair products?

-xx, Lauren
