Bach Bash Take 1

March 19, 2018

I apologize in advance if this post is all over the place or bleh.

I said I would always keep it honest. It is currently Sunday at 11:33pm and I am WIPED out. Currently in Columbia, SC. for a work event. It’s been a long day of travel, but I am ready for the next two days!

I wanted to center this week’s posts around Bachelorette Parties. This upcoming weekend we are heading to 30A for my friend, Anna’s, bachelorette party!

If there’s anything I’ve noticed, there are plenty of wonderful white options to wear, but white is for the bride!! Unless otherwise stated by the bride-to-be, it can be hard to find something that lets you shine without taking the attention away from the future Mrs.

I know there are a ton of factors that come into play when picking your attire. Location, weather, possible themes, you name it. They all can throw the decision making process on what to wear for a loop.

I don’t think you can go wrong with a bright, colorful maxi. The upside is you’ll get plenty of wear out of it also. Brunches, baby showers, date nights, etc. A fun maxi will go a long way in your wardrobe.

You can keep it sporty and pair it with sneaks, or dress it up with a heel for a gals night out. I tend to keep my footwear on the more comfortable side. A bachelorette party is not the time to break in a new pair of heels unless you want to look like baby deer learning to walk at the end of the night.

Stay tuned for part 2.

What are some of your tips for packing for a bachelorette party?

-xx, Lauren.
